Cancellation Policy
UMRAH PARTICIPATION WITH MUMTAZ HOLIDAYS & TOURS PTE. LTD
A) All participants agreed to place a sum of deposit being booking fee which will be determined by Mumtaz Holidays & Tours upon signing of this letter and vary accordingly to packages. Remaining payment is to be made 45 days before departure date.
B) All participants will have to ensure all travel documents have a validity period of six (6) months before date of departure. Passport must contain at least 6 blank pages.
C) For Umrah packages, costs will include return air ticket on Economy class (unless otherwise request), visa application, all land transfers out of Singapore, 3 meals (Asian menu unless otherwise specified), a cabin and sling bag, 1 set of ihram or jilbab. Package does not include any vaccination fees and arrangements.
D) Mumtaz Holidays & Tours will conduct the Umrah courses at designated centre on weekends and details will be released nearing the date.
E) Participant with medical condition and elderly with wheelchair will require at least a family member or a companion who is fit to travel together.
F) Room booking for single traveller is subject to room partner availability.
G) All participants are advised to take their own travel/medical/hospitalization insurance.
H) Promotion subject to terms and conditions. Package price, accommodation and flight dates are subject to changes.
I) All deposits are non-refundable, non-tranferable and full payment will be liable for any cancellation less than 45 days from date of travel.
