Since its inception, the company has focused on providing comprehensive Umrah travel services, including flight arrangements, accommodation and travel coordination to ensure a smooth and meaningful pilgrimage experience.

  • The process was smooth & preparing for the Umrah was educational & all is done by Mumtaz. My group was leaded by Mumtaz officers, namely, Encik Syabani & Encik Sulaiman. They were approachable, friendly & helpful with all the misc services that we required. The Ustaz that lead our group for the Umrah was also patient & knowledgeable. The guides that was also there to educate us in the historical sites was also informative & friendly. Coming back to Singapore, Mumtaz has a group of officers receiving us at the airport!! It was so heartwarming. This little gesture made the service rendered unforgettable.

    Hi guys just came back from our Mecca/medina/jordan/Jerusalem trip with Mumtaz travels. I think a good travel agency doesn’t just promise the best of hotels and sights but also the best problem solving skills when problems arrive especially in challenging places like Jerusalem. With good contacts and experienced guides and officers, the journey was not just a guided tour but it felt more like an extended family trip.
